Our apparel is made to order! Unlike traditional retailers, we don't maintain a large inventory of ready-to-ship items. Instead, we produce your orders on-demand, which means each piece of clothing is carefully crafted just for you. When a customer checks out an order, our purchasing team immediately buys the apparel from a supplier and we print Direct to Garment (or DTG) to get your order shipped within 5-7 business days! 

Since all orders are custom produced, we do not accept returns unless the item(s) ordered is defective or the wrong item(s) is received! We must be notified of the defective/incorrect item(s) within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days the customer must accept the product in the condition it was received. We cannot accept an exchange and/or return if you ordered the item incorrectly or if you do not receive your apparel in time for an event.
